Site plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island among the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent image disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a strait in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a legend identifying distinct sections of the property.
Accompanying this are what look to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, such as designs for marina coverings.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight release.
